The preparation time for custom-made clothes is 7-10 days. The clothes on the website also include custom clothes that can be taken and mailed immediately. In the case of custom dressmaking, the processing time can be scheduled.

If you are not satisfied with the size or color of the dress, you can send the dress back to us for a replacement. In this case the shipping cost will be charged to the customer.

To rent clothing choose the Rental dress category in our webshop. Before buying, please contact us so that we can provide you the availability information for the selected time. After purchasing the dress, it will be shipped one day before your booked date.

Once your clothes are ready to ship we will send them to you by DHL courier service. Usually purchased clothes arrive within 2-5 days once we gave them to the carrier. We offer Express delivery with 1-2 shipping time.

In our store there is no possibility to return the purchased clothes, we are not buying back the clothes. If you have any problems with the purchased clothes, please contact us within 24 hours of the product arrival.

We can accept cancellations within 24 hours after the purchase, after that we will start making the dress for you after this time interval. If the purchase has to be canceled after 24 hours, 30% of the price of the dress will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. In this case, the shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
